BECOME turns your reflection toward what comes next: the life you want to create, the choices you want to make, and the woman you’re becoming on your own terms.

Throughout the journal, you’ll move between guided reflection prompts, quiet writing pages, letter-writing pages, story pages, and personal manifesto pages. Some pages ask you to dig a little deeper. Others simply give you room to sit with what came up and write without being told what to say next.
