Returns & Exchanges

Every HerStory Scribbles journal is handmade in small batches, and we want you to love what you receive.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, email us at herstoryscribbles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund if the item can’t be replaced.

Changed your mind?

Unused items in their original condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Journals should remain unwritten in.  Email us to start the process; you’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We issue store credit once we receive and inspect the item.

Not eligible for return

Used candles, mugs, or pens; journals that have been written in; and personalized or custom orders are final sale.

Cancellations

You can cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your journal is already in production and can’t be cancelled.

Wrong item received?

Let us know, and we’ll ship the correct item right away, on us.
