• How long until my order ships? Each journal is made to order and ships within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days; Express takes 1–2.
• Do you offer free shipping? Yes, on all US orders of $50 or more.
• Can I return or exchange a journal? Unused, unwritten-in items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it for free.
• Can I order in bulk for a retreat, book club, or event? Absolutely. Email us with your quantity and date, and we’ll send custom pricing.
